Our dd is a now recognized freshman at USAFA. If she wants Air Force I’d definitely push USAFA. There’s an academy vs non academy culture. Those who didn’t attend USAFA are looked upon differently.

Sorry but imho nothing as prestigious as a service academy appointment. As a business leader, the intangibles are there with an SA candidate. Leadership, teamwork, mental and physical strength outweigh a civilian college candidate.

Our DD (who is a Doolie) initially got the Rocky's for BCT because she felt they gave her greater support. Once BCT ended, she went to the Nike's. When she came home for Xmas break she ordered the Oakley's -- said they are worn by many there, and they love them.

Yes! Our DD is a Doolie and from what we hear they love the new Supe and Commandant. The Supe slept overnight last week with them with his dog and then did a TikTok video and bodysurfed down the hallway. So great.
