Why does USAFA need appointees to sign a separate form about tattoos when there was already a form disclosing tattoos and piercings? Also, how do I go about having my ALO sign the form? My ALO doesn't live close to me and he hasn't been very responsive.

I don't think it will because it didn't for me, but you can never be totally sure. If you have a good reason for not playing, which you do, and you explain this in your essays and interviews, I think you'll be fine. That being said, if you're a team captain or something significant like that...
