Could somebody please explain how the cadet ranking system works? (i.e. "Cadet Major," "Cadet Lieutenant Colonel") How do cadets achieve their ranks? What are their responsibilities? How closely does it mirror the operational Air Force?

Why does USAFA need appointees to sign a separate form about tattoos when there was already a form disclosing tattoos and piercings? Also, how do I go about having my ALO sign the form? My ALO doesn't live close to me and he hasn't been very responsive.
