The new Foundation Liaison is CAPT Hughes. DD said this evening that according to an email she received from the Foundation yesterday, Foundation candidates will be notified via email and not via the portal this year.

I don’t believe so. DD has said that their packages go to the board in April. Not sure about timeframe on notification after that.

DD is a current Foundation prep student at New Mexico Military Institute. She chose it because she wanted to attend a military junior college and attend college classes as opposed to a civilian prep school. Approximate cost of attendance out of state is $16,000.00. DD received the USNA...

She chose the New Mexico Military Institute. She likes the military program, flight club and chance to get away from home (we are Middle Atlantic).

DD received word today that she has been recommended for a USNA Foundation Scholarship or the USNA Civilian Prep Program. Plan B has been the University of Maryland (Honors College and School of Engineering) and NROTC, but she really wants to go to USNA. Few questions: Which program provides...
