Do you suspect that they will still make any appointments (from the current CPR pool) after such a large wave of waitlist notifications today ?

Since they are now making waitlist assignments, I would assume that means they are through offering appointments? Seems counter intuitive that you would still issue appointments if you are making waitlist offers?
