As someone recently released from iso, this is not true at all. All negatives and positives are confined to the room with the exception of the now 1.5 hour outside time each day(was 1 hour.). Some plebes were fried for just playing basketball. ROM on the other hand are allowed to exercise...

I contracted it here at the end of plebe summer. Entire company went to Isolation. Feeling 100% and been out of iso for a bit now. Lost a sense of taste and smell but got it back now. LOT more responsibilities outside of isolation!
