Yep, use Roadking's method. Don't use just your arm to launch the ball; use your abs to try to snap your whole upper body forward, throwing the ball as you go. Also, try to aim upwards instead forwards. I used both of these methods and I went from 27 ft to 51 ft in my last CFA (I'm a female).
