I know only a small percentage of candidates are here on the forum but it seems like admissions is really quiet as of late.

Does admissions look at the whole candidate or does the candidate with the highest SAT score win the slate and get the appointment?

I searched and couldn’t find any info. I know TWEs went out yesterday for USAFA and USNA. Does KP have targeted date to notify “qualified not selected?” DS has his Plan B firmly in place but being so close to the end of appointment cycle is getting difficult.

I’ve seen a lot of chatter about being out on hold. Is everyone at some point put on hold or is this just a foreboding sign that DS wasn’t put on hold and will ultimately be denied an appointment?

I’m curious - is being awarded an ROTC scholarship indicative of having a worthy enough application to the SAs? I understand you’re competing against your slate and whatnot but I was curious if there was any correlation.
