We never got word if he was academically qualified, but know other 2 were fine and did recieve a NOM from MOC. So really not sure why have not heard if should not be considered any more.

who did you get nominated by MOC ? and were there 10 nominated and did they specify prinicpal candidate? Did you receive any letters from USNA (LOA, etc)...my son did not...

Hi Fuji, I believe we have corresponded before....so are you saying that I can call Kim and ask her if they have gotten any appointments to USNA from his district ? I have spoken with her before about other matters regarding nomination,etc, just not sure if want calls bothering her about this...

not sure I want to call admissions office...I would feel that bugging them about it. I am sure they get tons of calls....I am just hoping that no news is good news. Doesnt look like anyone from MA is on appointment list.

Yes - we have told BGO that he would definitely attend NAPS. So - why on wait-list if they think not scholastically qualified...why not just rejection letter...

He is not scholastically qualified since his BGO says that his grades are what is making them extend the appointment so readily.

Looking for USNA Appointments from MA My son received his nomination from Congressman in beginning of Jan from MA - district 10. he is medically and physically qualified (no letters), but unfortunately his transcript may be hindering decision. I hear from BGO that he may be on a "stand-by"...
