I had the same issue and just waited then tried to download again and eventually it worked.

I found out on the 24th in a phone call from a coach. My official decision letter didn't update until a day or two later.

I was deferred from EA and my acceptance appeared in the place of my deferral with the new date and everything the deferral just disappeared.

I got the same notice on Friday and mine came through Email.

Does the academy notify all applicants by phone call?

That is normal because the interview is not considered required (it is only required at the request of admissions) so the evaluation board can review your application without it. I just had my interview as well and my ready for review box has been checked since long before that.

I will definitely keep that in mind as this has been a recurring question in my life. Thank you for the advice!

I filled out my DoDMERB and currently my name is entered without the "II" suffix at the end. Is this an issue that I should change or would it be fine with just my full name no suffix?

I also applied EA about a week before you and got contacted for an interview. From what I've seen on the forum it generally means you weren't outright rejected which I would say is more good than bad for us.

Update: I emailed my AO and I received my email from DoDMERB. I also just received the email for beginning my interview process, which is hopefully a good sign. Thank you for the responses and advice!!
