I saw the wreck in person and it just seemed odd. I'm not sure of all the factors in play, but from a layman perspective the ship was very close to shore for something that big.

The page has more info, but with the exception of around 5 states you simply request a new card as long as you know your number.
That is normal because the interview is not considered required (it is only required at the request of admissions) so the evaluation board can review your application without it. I just had my interview as well and my ready for review box has been checked since long before that.
I filled out my DoDMERB and currently my name is entered without the "II" suffix at the end. Is this an issue that I should change or would it be fine with just my full name no suffix?
I also applied EA about a week before you and got contacted for an interview. From what I've seen on the forum it generally means you weren't outright rejected which I would say is more good than bad for us.
Update: I emailed my AO and I received my email from DoDMERB. I also just received the email for beginning my interview process, which is hopefully a good sign.
