For the SAT area just show proof it was canceled and I'll basically send them my SAT when it happens once more? If I don't get a scholarship am I still able to get contracted?

How do non-scholarship cadets get contracted? I haven't been able to apply for a scholarship due to me not being able to take a SAT; I'm curious on how I can still get contracted without the scholarship.
