I know of a conditional appointment but don't know what the "condition" is that has to be resolved. Are these common and what are the usual "conditions"? Are they medical type? Most important, is there a deadline to resolve it? Like March 1st? Or, april 15th? Or, can it go right up...

Did you say that after March 1st, a nominee can't add to his/her file, other than USNA officially requested info transcripts from high school, etc. So, past March 1st, no more CFA updates right? Thanks
