I reached out this morning and was told: "We are currently reviewing applications and Candidates will be notified by email either way of our decision, we hope to be complete in the next few days".

From my understanding we will hear by the end of April. Hopefully, we'll hear by Friday. If not, my son will reach out over the weekend.

I agree, it is not the same thing. We spoke with a former graduate and it was extremely helpful though. I am not positive if my son will want to still apply but since it is virtual it isn't the typical SLE experience anyway. If he applied and were accepted we would definitely take him to visit.

Well the issue is he has zero idea if a military college experience would be right for him so he was really hoping to try SLE to get a sense of what it would be like.

He also applied to Navy and hasn't heard back from them yet either. I wonder if others in the past received acceptances late in the I am not sure if my theory is correct but I do know that my sons two friends from school got into SLE right away and both plan on pursuing...

My son has not received an acceptance yet for SLE or Navy. Is it same to assume he will not be accepted? I understand we will hear either way by the end of April. Trying to hold out hope but i'm guessing the chances are low at this point. He has a decent SAT score of 1300 and lots of leadership...
