I think part of the problem with LOAs is from the perspective of a college applicant they seem like early action or early decision. They are not that at all. Others have done a great job of explaining an LOA, but I think mentally disconnecting it from EA/ED helps put it in perspective.

Sounds company specific. My son's company carried ProKnow books from Day 1, but they didn't have them at first so they had to carry an empty binder. I'm not sure if they are still carrying them or not.
