For my Rep, they want three letters of rec, one for academics, one for athletics, and finally ethics/character. For the ethics/character section, I received two from a retired colonel and now JROTC instructor and one from the mayor of my city. Which would be the better of the two to use?

When I conduct my interview, should I wear my AGSU or a suit? If the suit, should I wear an American Flag pin or my local government one to show that I am a part of that.
