    This makes sense. I suggested to my son to continue to demonstrate good grades, responsible choices and when time comes he would have more history showing positive aptittudes in his life and education.

    Yes, You are correct no application has been submitted to ROTC. I want to mention that the initial treating physician did write off any diagnosis he originally gave him. The independent phycologist assessment was done by a referral form current doctor.
