How important is the desk fan for CBT? I bought one within the size parameters but the air flow it produces seems to be pretty pitiful, and it takes up valuable real estate in my bag. Can I skip it?

I have been thinking about bringing a picture with me to CBT but haven't been able to find any mention of them on the packing list (either in recommended or prohibited). The local parents club recommended bringing one 8x10 framed photo or smaller, but I can't find this in the official materials...
