Had the exact same situation happen to me. Check mark popped up in my USNA portal. I’ve read this means a FINAL decision has been made on my requested waiver, but not sure if it’s a “granted” or “denied “decision. I guess I just have to wait for the dodmerb site to update.

If I remember correctly, the candidate questionnaire IS the SLE application. If you are admitted, you’ll receive an email from late February all the way up to April I believe.
