My son just hit accept and we booked a hotel for I-Day and an Airbnb for parents' weekend and wow, this is really happening.

DS got an email this morning that made his year -- appointed! Thank you to all the hardworking admissions personnel who are in there right up to the holiday to give out amazing Christmas presents. He will be accepting later today. I'm in a bit of disbelief--I'm a military mom!

DS got the call that he was his congressman's principal nominee. We are thrilled and kind of shocked -- he has an LOA so we expected the MOC to spread the wealth. They said it would go in the portal Monday. We went ahead and celebrated!
