All true. What is the disagreement? My point is that though they have success, that success is due to the training, weapons and billions of dollars of aid they constantly receive from other countries. Ukraine is no bastion of strength on its own.

I won't enter the discussion on technique, but I think you need to push yourself more than a 10-min mile. Run the 1-mile/2-mile as fast as you can 2-3 days a week(but set a pace goal), then maybe you can supplement with intervals and sprints a couple of times a week. What works for me it to run...

Remember that though the Ukrainian military have been very successful, in the end their firepower is US firepower. What you see in Ukraine the power of the US military, not the Ukrainian.
