Definitely run (a lot) but also practice the front leaning rest (a lot). I ran before Plebe Summer and that helped out for sure, and I was decent at push-ups, but the front leaning rest kicked my butt for the first couple of weeks before I adapted to it.

Thank you for the responses. These are some really great ideas. One of my siblings is just a couple years younger than I am and there is a 6 year gap between the other one. I am worried about how this will affect them both, for different reasons.

Does anybody have any tips/ideas for maintaining contact and relationships with younger siblings? Anything I should make sure to be doing in the last several days before I-Day?

As far as important documents go...what exactly should we bring to I-Day? Social security card? Passport? Birth certificate? I want to bring what I am supposed to but I also don't want to risk things potentially being lost unnecessarily.
