Thanks, I’m thinking I’ll do one interval day, one 1 mile day, and a high mileage day. That way I can recover and still get decent mileage. I also don’t want to loose a bunch of strength and lower my other event scores, because right now they are pretty decent.

Male. Highest mile time I’ve seen someone pass with for men (recently) is ~7:30. Id like at least a 7 flat though
