Can we change a school after choosing one of schools in the winner letter and submitting? Because we were told that the letter should be turned in no later than 03/09, but we have to figure out how much my DS can get additional funding from each school to cover room and board and etc.

My son received a nomination from a senator on 12/15, but it hasn't been updated at his portal. I'm so worrying how long it takes to update it because West Point Admissions never responded and updated any requests we have made for two months.
