Our DD registered her car in our home State. Still does even in FL. Still has USAA but it is her own policy.

Get used to it. Our DD graduated a few years ago and is currently facing deployment with her Sqdn.

The Coast Guard can prove to be a very exciting career. Same can be said for USMMA.

As I remember they just came pouring out onto the field. Most of the covers had $$ in them which made it more fun for them!

Our DD went to NASS and it convinced her. she wanted USNA. She has since graduated and in the Fleet with a P-3 Sqdn Worth a trip

There was a time (2006) when the food really was bad. Upperclass giving Plebes some of their food. The cllncher came when Washington Post showed a cartoon of a Mid standing outside the Wall with a sign reading "Will serve my country for food!" Got results instantly!
