For those who were appointed the second time around what were some things that you added to your resume that you feel helped this time? DS said he would reapply if not admitted so I was just curious what others had to say.

Received email stating that DS was authorized to take his Dodmerb physical today. He has already completed it and was qualified. Called and they said his account was locked out and then reopened. He hasn’t logged in recently and neither have I. Has anyone else received this email? Just curious...
