I don't believe so. I did everything online and just printed it out and gave it to the doctor when I went for testing.

I received a DQ letter from DODMERB because of "Sleepwalking after the 13th birthday". However, this was only a one time event and it was during a time when my dad was very sick and I was loaded with stress. My question is do you know if waivers are given for sleepwalking?
