can one transfer into a maritime school such as Mass. Maritime as a sophomore? or do you have to go through all four years at that school to receive a commission?
If you're applying but you are out of high school, would you still need to send your high school transcripts along with your college transcripts. Also, for the teacher recommendations, they should be from college, high school, or both teachers?

If I was found disqualified because my vision wasn't correctable to 20/20 in both eyes, but in reality it was only one of my eyes that was slightly under, maybe around 20/30-20/40, how will this affect my admissions decision(I applied early action) and what are my chances of getting a waiver?
If I have already taken the ACTS with the writing portion, do I have to take the writing portion again for the second time? I was happy with my english and writing scores, so I'm really just retaking them to try and boost my math scores. Would I still need to take the writing portion ?
