We have been told we will recieve LOA; 4.3 GPA, 31 ACT, 4 sport letter, 2 captains, governors scholar. Just waiting...

2015 LOA We have heard a first wave of LOA's went out June through July, then USMA took a look at the process because of new staff. They put a halt pending new instructions, we do not know if they have resolved issues by now.

I have heard that the class of 2015 LOA's have been delayed for some reason, does anyone know why?
