Not to butt in here but I'm also headed to the Citadel. If I were you I would try to pick up the SAT a bit. Also if you can do an interview and make sure to let them know about your extra curriculars; they do make a difference. Good luck
Push ups and pull ups everyday
Sit ups, leg lifts and everything else included on the P90x ab workout video every other day
On the days I don't do the abs I run. Usually between 2 and 5 miles depending on how I'm feeling but the run includes many hills
Two days a week I go and lift...
Your ECs are great. I'm going to the Citadel starting this year, I can't really speak for the others in my freshman class but you can check collegeview.com to get an idea of the average SAT and GPA
Just my opinion but you probably will get into the Citadel.
Good luck
Not yet. I called a few weeks ago to ask about when we would get a packing list and the admissions office said it would come sometime in the summer. Not the most helpful reply but hopefully we'll get something in the next few weeks.
I was recently offered an AROTC scholarship and haven't had my DoDmerb exam done yet. I wear braces. Is this going to be an issue or will I be able to keep them on while in freshman year?
Going on AROTC scholarship too. Political science for me...can't wait for hell week! (something tells me that I will regret those words someday soon lol)
Just wondering, what has been happening today at the SMCs in light of the events of this weekend? Any celebrations, parties or othersuch? Was it business as usual or was there at least some sort of assembly about it?
This was the only offer I received as it was the only school I listed that I was accepted to. Regardless of whether I can get it upgraded I still plan to go. My family is covering room and board so 1 year of out of state tuition at the citadel (27k) only puts me 3k above the average debt of...
I recently was awarded a 3 year ad scholarship to the Citadel in SC. As an out of state student (New Yorker) what are the odds I could get this scholarship upgraded to a 4 year if people decline their 4 year scholarships? The out of state tuition is about 27k btw
Hi, got into the citadel and would love to go but don't know how to afford it. Could someone please break down in detail the National Guard's SMP program and would it be able to pay tuition for the coming fall term?
First, congrats thats wonderful. I'm just wondering, when your in a program like that how big of a role can your high school GPA play in the appointment process? That was the main reason why I didn't apply this year and I'm hoping that if I do well academically in a prep program they will look...
I am very interested in the Service Academy prep program there. Could you please tell me about some of your experiences and also some of the actual facts about the program. The website for VFMA&C doesn't give any specific details. I was wondering what percentage of people without a scholarship...
