No, I think it's more that nobody knows for sure. There would be no reason to send out DoDMERB packets at random; therefore, there is some reasoning behind it all. Hopefully. :rolleyes:

OK so if we're assuming that DoDMERB recipients were chosen before the 350 from the board was tacked on, we can assume that anyone who got the DoDMERB packet got at least 400/650. Just guessing here, but that looks like a pretty good score. I would guess that it's above the mean score.

Does anybody know how many points are possible on the Whole Person Score? 400 out of how many points?
