#age waiver

Hi, I am active duty soldier who currently station in South Korea. I enlisted on April 2019 and have 3 more years left. My DOB is 1996/04/27 (24yrs). Am I able to apply to usmaps even though I am 24 and have 3 more years left in the Army?

So I'm a sophomore in high school right now and I'm interested in maybe graduating early my junior year and applying to go to USAFA for senior year. BUT my birthday is July 3rd and one of the requirements is you must be 17 by July 1st of when you enter. So my birthday puts me two days shy of it...
