How do I find and contact my local ALO?

Hey everyone. I just completed my pre-candidate questionnaire and was assigned a mentor ALO. What is a mentor ALO, and what should I include in my first email to them? Thanks!

I remember finding what I needed a couple of months back, but either the AFA website servers are down or I am looking in the completely wrong place.

Hey all, On the online application portal I have an ALO listed that differs from the one listed within the ALO finder tool on the academy's website. I am assuming the portal has final say on who my ALO actually is, but I figured I would just make sure. Thanks, chaos
