    Declining a 4yr ROTC Scholarship?

    Hello fellow SAF people, I am a senior in high school who accepted a Civil Prep Scholarship at MMI but I also have my 4yr ROTC Scholarship to a state school. Does anyone know how I'm able to decline my scholarship? I know it's very late in the cycle and frankly, I'm not even sure if they can...
