    NROTC Prep Scholarship at Norwich

    I am currently waiting on the 4-year national NROTC scholarship, however, I applied to the 5-year NPP scholarship at Norwich a few months ago as a backup and just got word that I was awarded it. The problem is I have until March 16th to either accept or reject it, and I'm not sure if I should...

    Can someone explain to me how this program works, also is it possible to graduate in 4 years instead of the 5. And would it be possible to stay at home, since I only live 5 minutes away from the school?
