scoliosis brace

Hi, I just wanted to ask any ideas to relieve back pain. I have a mild scoliosis, and I currently got a job, so I sat in front of a computer for a long time. It was pretty tough. Any recommendation to relieve back pain?(I use flexpine brace at home) or how do you stretch in your office?

How long does a candidate need to be out of a scoliosis brace prior to DoDMERB? If said candidate has an 19* thoracic, is asymptomatic and does not require any supports, either internal or external, will his file be triggered for review and need to provide relevant supporting...
