smart scholarship

Anybody else applied to the SMART Scholarship (Dellums) as their Plan B/C/D/whatever? Just curious how its going, if anyone got an interview yet. Also I received an email from them saying to notify them if you have a college transcript from dual enrollment. I responded back immediately but I...
