“CAPTCHA FAILED”

Hi, everytime I attempt to log onto my portal, I get a “CAPTCHA FAILED”. My file isn’t closed because when I enter my private information when I initially log in it says that I have a file. Please help.
 
Known issue. Try these steps, one at a time and try to log back in after each:

1. Refresh the login page

2. Close the browser, restart the browser

3. Clear the browser cache

4. Use a different browser
