Good Afternoon Everyone,

I've been looking everywhere trying to find the results of the 2015 rated boards with no success. I'm looking for info such as the number of cadets selected for each position, average CGPA, PFA, PCSM, et cetera. If anyone could find this information it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

well I guess it's not a secret anymore
"Secret" is just the privacy setting for the group. It means you can't search for it on FB and it won't show up to your friends when they research what groups you're a part of, you have to be personally invited by someone in the group.

It doesn't show the PCSM scores for CSO's or ABM's, does that mean that they take the Nav scores from the AFOQT more into confederation than the PCSM when choosing people for CSO or ABM?

PCSM is for pilot slots, others have their own formulas.

Yeah, but you have to apply for all 4 rated positions when you go up for the board. I'd been under the impression that they still took the PCSM under consideration when they chose CSO's. So then could someone with a very low PCSM, but good Nav/ABM scores go up and be selected for CSO or ABM?

Yes... Pcsm is used for pilots, it's a calculation for UPT. ABM and nav use different formulas you can find them on Google.

If you go baseops.net you might find the ENJJPT scores there. I recall it being in the very high 80s low 90s for PCSM.

Remember ENJJPT wings only about 150 per year ( I think that is @ the #), whereas the other 3 will wing close to a total of 1000 within the same time period. The other 3 will pump out more because of the fact that they also have T1s.

I've never been able to find enjjpt official stats myself, I looked 2 years ago. I do however know a few who have been selected and I will just say that their pcsms were nowhere near 90s, couple had zero flight hours, terrible pcsm, and average gpa. Largely CC dependent from what I've heard.

I would lurk on baseops.net.

I will also say that many USAFA grads do not get ENJJPT.
Look at UPT to ENJJPT and basically you will see they are the top 15-20%.
