What are the lowest scores that you have heard receiving a Pilot slot this year?

I received a CSO spot and I'm wondering if my scores are high enough to warrant spending some money on additional flight hours to boost my PCSM for the supp boards.

Your RSS is HUGE in factoring out your Order of Merit (the number that determines your ranking on the rated boards.) Had you been top or even high middle third at Field Training that might have helped offset that, but near bottom third at FT and bottom third at your det counts far more against you than that PCSM counts for you. As for the lowest score, a cadet from my friend's det got pilot with a PCSM of 9 and another friend had a cadet in his det get it with a PCSM of 26.

Thank you for the information. The cadet who got a pilot slot with a PCSM of 9 must have been quite exceptional given that even if he was perfect in everything else the max OM he could have gotten is about 62.

My sons PCSM was 70 before any flying hours. He has a 95 Pilot. With 201 hours of flight time, he has a 98 PCSM. My son's major is Professional Flight so he has an advantage over most in terms of hours.
