So my BGO told me if I finished early, (which I did I finished today) and I have my presidential nom, I could go to the Early Board, can someone explain what this is a bit better? What are their rights? Do they give LOA's?

Naval Academy has a rolling admissions. DD got an LOE in October last year. She also finished early. Good job! Good luck!

Based on my knowledge, the only difference between the "early board" and later boards is timing. The standards are the same.

LOAs can be sent at any time. I've seen them sent as early as NASS and as late as late January/early February.

If your entire application is complete AND you have a Presidential Nom, you most likely won't get an LOA, because LOA's are contingent on you completing something in your application. IF after reviewing your package at the earlier boards, they want you to attend USNA, Instead of an LOA, they will offer you an appointment.
