Loved today’s game. New calls for offense were great. Nice take aways by the defense. Need to fix penalties.

Looking at the roster, someone educate me. Have we ever had an O line this big? If the weights are accurate, how can a 325 Midshipmen meet regs for the fleet (and I know they work with trainers firstie year post season, but seems crazy)?

Love watching them sing second!

After Army-Navy or any Bowl game post-season, they are immediately put into the care of a coach, team doctor and nutritionist. They get worked hard and are fed carefully to shrink them at a healthy rate. Team weights and heights always seem to be to be a little “in a good day” scale.

I mean I’m not complaining about a big O line. Love it. Just couldn’t square it in my head.

325 won’t meet standards. They take a modified PRT that includes the bike. Not everyone, just those designated. Most take the regular PRT at the start of camp. To participate in camp they have to pass the PRT. Every football player knows it will occur day 1. As Capt MJ mentioned, they have to be in regs by the time they graduate. They have to pass a regular PRT. The lineman will drop weight fast as it usually takes a lot to maintain that. They develop nutrition and work out plans to get them there. Many will go Marine Corps. The Marine PFT is 3 miles, so many will pass the PRT and then immediately focus on achieving a first class PFT.

Loving the passing game. More throws to TE in 2 games than last 2 years, and our 2 slot backs (Snipes) have legit speed and are a threat in open space. Hope the 'O' can keep putting up that kind of points.

Just wish San Jose State was on a future Navy schedule. Payback, although it would probably be tough for Coach.

I loved watching Keenan Reynolds score seven touchdowns against San Jose State, I think it was 2013. Dang that guy could play and run.

Ricky Dobbs 27 rushing touchdowns 2009. That Mid could run. :thumb: He also fulfilled his commitment.
