Does any one know when 2025 applications are due and what I should be doing in the meantime other then filling it out. Also do the SAT and ACT scores you submit on it... could you change them if they get better? How and when could I become a candidate? Is there anyone I should get in contact with to ask questions?

Yes you can send in improved scores. You become a candidate I believe once you submit all of the necessary items and are deemed qualified. Get in contact with your ALO and admissions counselor which is listed in your application. I suggest meeting in person.

Offering arguably the best advice I've ever seen in this forum: Go into the SA's website and review every tab, link, pulldown and page. Don't need to read every single word, but do need to see that just about everything you need to know about the application process, the academy experience and the active-duty obligation exists on the website. This forum can add helpful texture and context, but the basic facts are all there.
The SA application process -- and the SA experience itself -- rewards those who are resourceful, persistent and attentive to detail. Good rule of thumb: Don't ask a question that could have been answered with a very quick consultation with the primary source.

You start with the pre-candidate questionnaire. Usually after that it’s a couple months and they move you on to the next phase. I think my son applied in April and was promoted to the next step in June.
