Medically qualified, passed my CFA, application completely done, transcripts uploaded, presidential nomination uploaded since February, and test scores all uploaded. When do 3Q letters start going out?

It may come today and it may never come. It is completely dependent on your RC and his workload. Great job finishing your applications. Make sure you are getting your MOC nomination packets complete and remember that you can add significant achievements to your application until February.
