3Q'd and nominated - is that the "qualified" section in their "class profiles?"

In the top of the attached class profile, is the "qualified" section the people who have completed applications and are 3Q'd? Is that what they mean by "qualified?"

As to the original question, the Qualified section of the class profile pertains to those who have received a nomination and were deemed academically, physically, and medically qualified for admission.
