Just curious about something. What are the chances of receiving an appointment once a candidate is 3Q'd and has a few nominations as the principal nominee? Is there still a chance of not getting in? How likely is it to get in?

Strange things happen when dealing with Government. If you are 3Q and sitting on Principle NOMS, you are in a very good position and should receive an appointment. It may be February before you hear.
