How can I save my status on the application website? When I exit the website and try to log back in, I get a message saying "There is already an active session associated with this user." Please help, thank you.

Just try to log back on a little bit later. We had that problem several times during last year's process.

Happens to me all the time. Just log out and don't touch it for a day or two.
