4 year MMI from state Ambassador

My son has been given a 4yr scholarship for the MMI from our State Ambassador. Is currently attending The Citadel freshman. We have been waiting from day1 on a medical wavier to get approved and we finally got it. I have been paying all this time and now we have the approved medical and he was oath in at MEPS. Now we are having issuesed getting contract and reimbursement. He current grades are so so and working on bring them up. But his recruiter says the school can't lose an SMP cadet and needs to contract him matter what..

What do I do? Who do I talk to??? Can someone help me????

Not sure the context of this question. MMI (Marion Military Institute) or Minute Man Scholarship? You reference SMP (Simultaneous Membership Program) so I assume your son just enlisted in the Army Reserves or National Guard... correct? In any case, if your son is currently participating in Army ROTC he should communicate with the Recruiting Operations Officer (ROO) at The Citadel or his ROTC class (Military Science 1) class instructor.

Is his GPA high enough to contract as an SMP cadet? Ask your son what actions he's taking to resolve this in order for him to contract - he may not be telling you everything. This question does not need to be answered here.
