4 Year Scholarship for OSU NROTC

Would I be competitive for an NROTC Scholarship? I have a 34 ACT, 35 Superscore, 3.8 UW GPA, and I was varsity swim (FR, SOPH, JR), and water polo (JR). However, my leadership positions and Service opportunities are less than stellar. I've held a job but it was during the summer, and I'm also in the NHS. I'll most likely be majoring in a Tier 2 major.

Leadership seemed to be a huge part of my interview. Are you in a few clubs? Much of my leadership came during the spring of Junior year and fall of Senior year. Do you foresee anything coming down the line?
If not consider what you can do to be a leader (even without a title of president or whatever). Can you volunteer to mentor kids? Many schools have programs to do that with younger kids. If not, I started one at my school.

Don't know unless you try - that said you have a pretty big hole there and you're going against some really impressive young people

Go for it! Make them tell you no.
