I'm interested in this as well. There isn't an online list (that I've seen) for USMA, however I have seen one for USNA, so slightly different. Would be interesting to have a Cadet chime in on issued gear, and possibly gear/supplies that Cadets purchase on their own that may be useful (not necessarily for CBT)
 
At some point, once you accept your appointment through the portal, they will begin to update additional requirements to complete as well as documents for your review. Some of this will contain information about required items (e.g., shoes, boots) and suggested or recommended items for CBT (Beast). I don't know what the timing is for this information. My DS is in the class of 2020 and he was on the NWL. He didn't receive his appointment until April last year and worked through everything from there, including the purchase of the required and suggested items.
 
Likely the reason that there is on list of supplies/needs online is because the list can change every year.
You will get the list with enough time to purchase everything you need.
