Can we use parchment to send 7th semester transcript? If not, how do we send an official copy?
Umm, ask your guidance office to mail them a signed copy? Does your school use the embossing stamp thingy on transcripts? Mail to USNA admissions, the original address you sent all the other stuff.

My DS asked his guidance counselor to send his transcript via email (pdf) to his Admissions Counselor. Seemed to work fine. AC acknowledged receipt.
Clarify, B&G advised do not send unless requested. He stated no request means they have what was needed. While USAFA admissions said to send as it was part of the normal process.
